Interested students must meet the following criteria:
- Be a current high school freshman, sophomore, or junior during the 2023-2024 academic year
- Have completed at least one year of high school by the time of the start of the program
- Show evidence of good academic standing, with at least a 2.0 GPA
- Course-specific prerequisites:
- AH 2001 Medical Terminology: High School Biology with a grade of C or higher
- Biomedical Engineering: High School Biology, Chemistry, and Physics helpful, but NOT required
- Marine Biology and Oceanography: Two years of High School Science and Math through Algebra II with a grade of C or higher
- Nutrition for Exercise and Sport: High School Biology with a grade of C or higher
- Nutrition: Human Nutrition and Health: High School Biology with a grade of C or higher
- Pharmacy: Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Discovery: High School Chemistry with a grade of C or higher
- STARTALK: Korean & Chinese Culture and Language Immersion: Eligible for students that are accepted and have committed to the STARTALK program
