Interested students must meet the following criteria:

• Be a current high school freshman, sophomore, or junior during the 2025-2026 academic year
• Be 14-17 years old at the time of the program.
• Have completed at least one year of high school by the time of the start of the program
  
• Show evidence of good academic standing, with at least a 2.0 GPA
  
• Course-specific prerequisites:
  • AH 2001 Medical Terminology: High School Biology with a grade of C or higher
  • Biomedical Engineering: High School Biology, Chemistry, and Physics helpful, but NOT required
  • Marine Biology and Conservation: Two years of High School Science and Math through Algebra II with a grade of C or higher
  • Nutrition: Human Nutrition and Health: High School Biology with a grade of C or higher
